How many of us have the VHS & CD of The Wizard of Oz In Concert? I had to dig mine out & listen to it again yesterday... it's been years! I guess we are quite a like-minded group. I bought my CD a few years ago from a woman who was selling her Wizard of Oz collectibles on Ebay. Apparently, she had a whole room in her house dedicated to the Wizard of Oz, and she even used to go to the conventions. As some of you know, I really like the Wizard of Oz. It's just a really fun movie from my childhood with so many dimensions. Always enjoyable. And Jewel's rendition of Somewhere Over The Rainbow easily rivals Judy Garland. Now, back to work. "Don't make me get the flying monkeys!" Too bad I can't add an image in this venue. :-) MAC - ----- Original Message ----- From: "Pupecki, Stacy" Sent: Friday, June 12, 2009 11:04 AM Subject: RE: [EDA] Old Timers' question >I have both versions. > > -----Original Message----- > From: owner-jewel@smoe.org [mailto:owner-jewel@smoe.org] On Behalf Of > Rob Hanning > Sent: Friday, June 12, 2009 10:52 AM > To: Everyday Angels Jewel discussion group > Subject: [EDA] Old Timers' question > > Hey all, > > The new version of "Somewhere Over the Rainbow" has me pondering a > question > for the other list senior citizens like me.
