Autographed CD and blank Jewel journal. I figured I'd have to buy a digital copy on iTunes before this ever arrived. Nice to see Jeweljk.com got this to me so fast, before the release. The album is a bit different, but very good. By far, my favorite song is "Dreamer." Thanks Jeweljk.com for making my day! This question in particular: Any plans to do another 'Lullaby'-type album? All of the songs [on this album] I tried to keep not very dark lyrically. Although it's an adult record, I tried to keep it away from dark themes. There is another collection of songs that I'll do as an independent release that'll be pretty stripped down again ... very acoustic driven and very songwriter driven. They cover a wide variety of topics including some real dark ones that my fans will know. They've been famous underground, although they've never made it to a record. There is a song called 'Carnivore' and a song called 'Violet Eyes.' They just don't fit in any category. I don't know what to call them. They're not quite country, they're not quite folk. I don't know. I've never known what to call myself and I guess nobody ever has either. http://www.theboot.com/2009/05/04/jewel-awakens-fans-with-lullaby/ ------------------------------ Date: Mon, 4 May 2009 19:04:10 -0700 From: Scott Anthony Subject: Re: [EDA] Article and interview CARNIVORE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ! ! ! !!!!!!!!!! !!! - -- Scott Anthony Evans scott@scottanthony.org http://www.scottanthony.org On Mon, May 4, 2009 at 6:42 PM, w1ggy2 wrote: > Hi, I came across this article and thought you guys might be > interested in reading it.
