BTW Jewel is the subject of GAC TV's Origins. I happened to notice it on the guide tonight at midnight where I am (CST) -- and it was midnight so I watched it before I could get on the computer (sorry!), but it will be on again tomorrow twice -- noon and 6 pm. I really thought it was well done and even though they edit the songs she sings (to a small group that looks like it's set on a patio at the ranch), the interview is great (set in her new recording studio/house a few miles from the ranch -- which she gives a tour of). They even show a quick clip of her yodeling as a young child. So check it out on Great American Country (GAC) TV station tomorrow (july 3). > > ---------------------------------------------------------------------- > > Date: Wed, 2 Jul 2008 21:00:33 -0400 > From: Matt > Subject: Re: [EDA] washed up singers on reality TV > > I don't think Jewel fits this list. I mean, why does the opinion of author mean anything? Who is he to get to say something? I don't care what his opinion is. He should keep it to himself lol. So not worth reading. Thanks for posting it. I just understand who decides one can voice an opinion and who to listens in this stupid pop American culture. I quite listening years ago.
