Live Hey everyone, I just came back from the taping. Jewel was in top shape and I'm so excited to see the finished product. It's supposed to be posted on the internet on June 1st, so look out for that. She played (can't remember the order ... I think the middle songs are mixed up): 1) Stronger Woman, 2) I Do (she said it was the next single as reported earlier ... but anyway, it sounded AMAZING), 3) Anyone But You (the new Patsy Cline-ish song), 4) 1,000 Miles Away (by request) 5) Rosy and Mick, 6) Thump Thump, 7) Foolish Games (new rockier arrangement!), 8) Hands, 9) Needle and the Damage Done (Neil Young cover ... hehe, she was nervous and messed up the intro a few times, but it was a beautiful cover). Note on Standing Still: ok, I don't remember if she played this actually bc I know it was on the setlist, but Jewel kept going back and forth on it, so I might just be imagining the fact that she played it ... I feel like she did because I remembered thinking this rendition was pretty good. Also, I remember that Jewel was being rebellious and played an extra song even though she was only supposed to play 9 in total. She kept the Yahoo producer on his toes because she kept saying things like "we'll just go with it ... what if we let the audience choose the song?" LOL ... Jewel was sassy as usual and I'm so glad she let it out a bit! She was great with the small crowd.
