I can never get over how cute she is. I can respect that she turned down the Shape magazine offer. It might have been tasteful but she doesn't need to do stuff like that. Where did you post your message on her Myspace? Email, blog or comments? I was finally accepted as a friend and would love to leave a message that she will hopefully see. It took some time but I have FINALLY organized the "Stronger Woman" Radio Request Campaign! The site is comprised of 230 country radio stations across the country, that all report to BILLBOARD. 230 stations. If we get each station to play the song once more each day, that's +230 spins, which will surely impact her Billboard chart position. I don't know about you, but I believe in both this single and this album and #14 on the Country Charts wasn't good enough for me. I want "Stronger Woman" to go top 10, eventually top 5, and eventually to number 1. This is realistic, and with EVERYONE'S help, this can be a fairly easy rise. Here's the deal. Go to http://www.geocities.com/jewelradiorequests. Shoot an email to the address on the page. Tell me how many phone calls/emails you can realistically handle with little impact on your everyday life, each day. This coming weekend, depending on how many people respond, I'll cut "schedules". I'll let you know what stations to contact (ex. 130-140) for a specific day. During the course of the week, you won't be contacting any station more than one time. Hopefully there will be enough participants to contact each station 2-3 times per day. Hopefully one of those contacts will generate at least one extra play. I know a few people were concerned about stations scanning their phone calls. A station will only start to monitor EXCESSIVE requests. (20 plus per day). So no worries there. I'm excited for this campaign, this single, this album, and this tour. We are the voices of fans of Jewel, songwriters, and good music. Let your voices be heard! Please feel free to message me privately with any questions. P.S. Valory - I'm ready to accept that job offer lol _________________________________________________________________ Spell a grand slam in this game where word skill meets World Series.
