["Scott Evans" ] ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Date: Sat, 5 Jan 2008 14:05:07 -0800 (PST) From: Cornered Weasel Subject: [EDA] Jewel XM taping I had the chance to see Jewel tape a show at XM on friday - it was wonderful! She was only about 8ft away - better than first row at a show! There were about 30 of us in the studio, and she played some songs and answered questions from the host and the audience. The setlist was very impromptu, and included: Thump Thump (from new CD) You Were Meant For Me (prefaced by the marijuana story) Chime Bells (abbreviated version) The Cold Song Rosie and Mick Somewhere Over the Rainbow A Stronger Woman (new CD) Who Will Save Your Soul That might not be the exact order - if anyone reading this also attended the session, feel free to correct me and also add your own details. I was too enthralled by the whole experience to remember everything. The host said he had heard the new CD and loved it, so it's coming soon. - --------------------------------- Be a better friend, newshound, and know-it-all with Yahoo! Mobile. Oh, and not to look too much into it, but there's now a picture under Stronger Woman...It's the main Myspace pic, but "Stronger Woman" on the front. So I guess that's the single image. It's beautiful shot, but it looks like it's from the Alice in Wonderland days, I don't know... There's now something in the player called "Stronger Woman Single Version," but it's the same as the other one. Oh, and Jewel's going to be on CSI this coming week. Keep watch.
