She kept saying that it'd be half live and half studio recorded, kinda like an updated POY, but it obviously didn't work out that way. Kinda a shame, in some ways. I'd like to have heard how it turned out. :) - -- Tracy aka Angel Eyes http://www.jewelforum.com On 4/9/07, Pupecki, Stacy < spupecki@gemssensors.com> wrote: > > listening to an instant live show or 2 this weekend, twice jewel said > she's recording for 2 reasons. 1 was the instant live thing, the other > bc she is recording for a new lo-fi cd of her rarieties. Hope you like it, it took me a LONG time to find that. It's top note is vanilla with a hint of sandalwood. That particular type (I forget what number it is in the ordering list) is discontinued. Don't quote me, but I'm 99 per cent sure it is discontinued. Give it a shot on a flat piece of unmarked white paper, it should dry momentarily and the vanilla is obviously the top note, but it finishes nicely with a hint of the sandalwood, giving it a more natural, 'clean' scent that subtly compliments and never overwhelms. You could spray it ten times on you and it would not overwhelm you, that is the fragrances nature, a subtle key and air of sheer cleanliness. And cleanliness is next to Godliness. That's a lesson my perfumer who makes my own bespoke fragrance taught me, "A true cologne [in this case perfume] is to not be detected before the individualist enters the room and is to leave when the individualist leaves. And not in any other form." I've got a kind of knack for finding gifts for ladies, don't know why? Couldn't find my dad one gift that he liked, so I think I'll just stick with women! Anyway, I was totally unsure (not knowing you and your natural body scent, and yes you have one!), as to what type to get you. It really threw me for a loop. But I had to reread some of your forum posts and gather some information about you to figure out what type you might want. You needn't worry, I'm good at filling in the gaps. After all, my job is to track down people every single day, so I'm good with Intuition (pun intended). I was as a Scrounger 1st Class, after all. Anyway, I hope you like it, Tracy. Mark your calendars, cause that's a while away! :) - -- http://www.jewelwiki.com ------------------------------ End of jewel-digest V12 #82 ***************************
