She talks about it in Chasing Down the Dawn. I have this thread in the World Jewel Forum called the Song of the Week and Image of the week, where I pick a song and a picture and write a little something about it. I talked about Life Uncommon and Violet Eyes a few weeks ago : http://s2.excoboard.com/exco/thread.php?forumid=117030&threadid=1016309 and I also chose a picture of Jewel and Jacque (the one from CDTD) as Image of the week recently : http://s2.excoboard.com/exco/thread.php?forumid=117451&threadid=923553 Emilie http://www.jewelforum.com Envoyez vos cartes de voeux depuis www.laposte.net Elles seront ensuite distribuies par le facteur : pratique et malin ! ------------------------------ Date: Sat, 3 Mar 2007 21:14:37 -0800 From: "Allison Crowe Music Mgmt" Subject: [EDA] My Own Private God's Gift to Women @ Calls to Nothing Calls to Nothing (a title inspired by a Tara Maclean lyric), an interesting and frequently updated, mostly French-language, site devoted to women artists, has just posted a thread about Jewel's "My Own Private God's Gift to Women" @ http://www.calls-to-nothing.com/godspeed/index.php It is a catchy song! I had never heard of Rory Block before, but based on her bio, I can see Atz being interested in her music.
