I'm gonna go out and say that if you feel she was talking to you, is because you feel guilty somehow. I myself don't think she's talking about us at all, especially because we are certainly not angels FROM ABOVE. She's talking about the media and the business, because those are the ones who do not take her serious. Of course, some of us went away with the years, and that's just normal, nothing to be ashamed of or guilty. Anyway, just rambling now... ________________________________________________ WNET - www.wnetrj.com.br ------------------------------ Date: Wed, 5 Apr 2006 17:45:09 -0400 From: Kiwi Subject: [EDA] Jewel in Rolling Stone Jewel will be in the upcoming issue of Rolling Stone magazine, I think it comes out this Friday. It's not an article, just blurb about her favorite albums of the moment. ------------------------------ Date: Wed, 05 Apr 2006 20:11:26 -0400 From: "Chrissy Pfingst" Subject: Re: [EDA] Monsters into ANGELS?? I totally don't feel any guilt. I liked 0304 and felt the direction that she was going in had excellent potential. I just also felt like the gaiw was for jewel's fans more than the media so why was she looking at the camera so hurtfully. - -- chrissy ------------------------------ Date: Wed, 5 Apr 2006 21:24:45 -0400 From: Kiwi Subject: [EDA] Monsters into ANGELS?? Well, I think it is a song to the fans and the media in general, not necessarily to any one specific group. I don't really understand why anyone is feeling guilt, that is kind of weird in my opinion. Like she has said, she is laughing her way to the bank despite negative comments; she can afford the therapy if she is upset about something. Most people who buy cd's are not "huge fans" like we are of Jewel. Most people like a song they hear on the radio and buy a cd. Those people are the bulk of Jewels fans; they are the ones who decide whether she makes it in this industry, the really big fans don't have much effect on the success of an artist. We are a nutty small minority who already know the set list of a cd that is a month away from coming out. If Jewel even knows who we are, she definitely knows that we love her through the thick and thin. On 4/5/06, Chrissy Pfingst wrote: > > I totally don't feel any guilt.
