I got an email on 10/13 announcing the contents of the package and the new contest. They had to give people time to enter before sending out packages. They were supposed to pick the winners on 10/21 (my birthday!!), but it sounds like things got a little delayed if people are just now finding out that they won. Now that the contest is ended, they can get the packages packed, addressed, and delivered.
