Last night kicked off the 2005/2006 season of the Project Warmth Concert=20 Series sponsored by the EveryDay Angels Foundation. We held a Living Room Co= ncert=20 in Jersey City featuring Randi Driscoll and what a great show it was! Randi=20= is=20 so talented and so much fun. She wrote quite a few on-the-spot songs about=20 New Jersey and Jersey City as well as the different audience members. I thin= k=20 there was more improv and stand up comedy than singing! Anyway, a great time was had by all and more importantly, we collected 2=20 large piles of coats, blankets, sweaters, gloves, and scarves for Jersey Cit= y's=20 homeless population as well as $200 for the victims of Katrina. If anyone is interested in organizing a Project Warmth event, please contact= =20 me!
