Today's Subjects: ----------------- [EDA] Chastain Park concert ["Lauren Bennett" Subject: [EDA] Chastain Park concert Chastain Park was sooo good tonight. The opening act was good but I can't remember his name. He was a local atlanta boy. Jewel was wearing a white shirt with a white/pinkish skirt...I think. This was an awesome concert! Here is the setlist: Near you always (story about passing time) Passing Time Grey matter Deep Water (I requested this...I was so happy she played it!) Down so long Life Uncommon Alice (in Wonderland...she said she is going to call it Alice) Hands Standing Still (Racecar Driver story) Racecar Driver Break Me (Zolfot/armpit/denist story) Intuition Foolish Games YWMFM WWSYS encore: Chime Bells this was a great concert...Chastain was quiet but not as quiet as last time. I had to say something to these people in front of me. The were drunk yuppies and were making fun of Jewel singing! I told them they should not of come if they were going to be ignorent and yell and make fun of her! Then during the encore this other guy in front of me was talking very loudly...I could barely hear Jewel...He was talking during the whole concert. So I just yelled shutup loudly in his direction. (Of course he was drunk) Then he turned around because the lady behind him ask him to please be quiet. He like grabed her and told her that he could talk as loud as he wanted. Well this pissed off her boyfriend and he started yelling. All this time I'm just wanting to hear her sing chime bells and trying not to get in the middle of it. Then at the end of the concert more people told him he was being rude. So me and my friends ducked out of there. I walked by the stage and checked out her guitars....man they are nice...I'm in love with them haha. Anyways...I"m going to bed now.....It was a great night!
