Subject: [EDA] EDA list help Hey Angels, I'm doing an assignment on Jewel at the moment, but in one part I'm focusing on us-the EDAs coz we are so special!! Anyway, I was just wondering if any had an list trivia that's of importance. I've included Jewelstock and Angelfood etc but does anyone know what the list numbers are like? If anyone can help me, I'd like to know how many people were on the list maybe around Jewelstock time versus how many people are on the list now. (Mike? lol) Thanks in advance! luv Lauren - ------------------------------ *~"ThEre'S OnLY oNE RiGht WaY; & iT'S mY WaY."~* - -JEWEL _________________________________________________________________ Play Origin SMS footy trivia to win $5k. Well, we're getting pretty darn close to the size the list was during the "benchmark" JewelStock era of July 1996. The combined subscribership of loose and digest versions of the list was about 475 then. Jewel-news was not started until that autumn. We are now at a combined 597 for those same two versions, 186 for loose, 411 for digest. Numbers: Loose mail version: 0215 - JewelStock (estimate based upon my failing grey matter and cryptic notes I still have from June 1996) 0359 - April 1997 (when I started logging weekly totals) 0893 - maximum (Oct-1997) 0186 - now Digest version: 0260 - JewelStock 0546 - April 1997 (when I started logging weekly totals) 1064 - maximum (Aug-1999) 0411 - now News version: 0000 - JewelStock (Jewel-news did not exist then) 0531 - April 1997 (when I started logging weekly totals) 1355 - maximum (Jan-1999) 0488 - now Mike ------------------------------ End of jewel-digest V9 #153 ***************************
