That would be exciting... I know that she's coming to Australia for a tour in February. After that she said she MIGHT be rescheduling some of the 0304 tour but not to hold your breath...she said she had other things to do rather than touring at the moment. The other thing I heard was that she's planning to take a short break soon. She hasn't really stopped working since she released This Way so she said she wants a short break. Although she said it wouldn't be anything near as long as the one she had after Spirit. Then she'll start working on her next record which apparently be a more singer-songwriter type album, perhaps leaning towards jazz. That's all I know.. but nothing is set in stone, obviously. Jewel changes her mind a lot about what kind of album she's gonna do and all that. It would be GREAT if she was already recording her new album, but somehow I doubt it.... but it would be awesome to have another Jewel album by September next year! I'm no attorney but I would suspect that "went bankrupt" and filing for bankruptcy protection / restructuring are two very different things. Operations haven't stopped.. they never really got going granted. I want to say that I *did* receive a (to most appearances) autographed litho back in the day...probably 2 months after I subscribed, which I thought was reasonable. If you figure in the fact that realistically the enrollment in unedited probably isn't very high, I suspect that running all of the services people would like to demand is somewhat impossible. They've done a shitty job no doubt, but I knew when I paid my little fee that I wouldn't see much out of it.
