Yes, I believe we are all receiving this letter.  A bit annoying I guess that 
we are.

Intrigued, I did some digging and figured it out.

The french part goes:

Chaque fois que tu t'en vas
Je pritends que tu fais bien

Translated literally it means:

Every time that you go away
I claim that you do well.

The second part would be better translated as: I claim that what you do is
good/right.

Let it not be said that I wasted my time learning French in high school. :-)
