I agree that Jewel's decision to not goto the funeral was her business, not anyone elses. I remember when friend of mine was murdered a couple years ago... It was heartbreaking, and everyone went to the funeral... except me. I just couldn't get myself to do it. It definately didn't mean I didn't care or that I didn't show consideration. We all know that Jewel has shown GREAT consideration and sympathy towards T-bone's death in her own ways. Jewel isn't heartless, I know that for sure. If the band's statement is true, and they never do play again, I don't really consider it fair. I just hope that Jewel's new management wasn't too corporate about it all and pissed them off or something like that. Anyways, I just wrote this e-mail to say that it really makes you smile to see people on the list sticking up for her, rather then just automatically choosing the worst case scenario. Most of us have been fans since the PoY days, haven't we? I agree, lets just wait it out and see how things unfold.
