Yes it would be nice to be right up the front, but isn't something better than nothing - which is what we are currently getting down here in Australia. We are all patiently waiting, and we are yet to even see a promotional tour - but good things come to those who wait - and that good thing is seeing Jewel in concert. Please stop complaining about it - all of this harping on saying how pathetically the pre-sales have been organised isn't going to change anything. Me and all of the other OzEDAs are hanging out for news that she is going to be coming down here again, and when that day does come - hopefully early next year - I can tell you now, we are just going to be over the moon that she is at least in the country. No matter what row you have been given - just enjoy the music. I tried to get two tickets and I was offered BALCONY Row 3!!!!!!!! Went back and was offered the next two seats in the same place. Went back again to just see if I could get a better seat for one and was offered an even worse seat!!!!!! You know what? I'm not even gonna go. I had row 12 center for the This Way tour and row 6 right side for the acoustic show in Duluth (small theatre -- so good seats). I'm not all that thrilled with this album in the first place and I'm not really up for the teenie-boppers that this album is going to bring to the show anyway. I'm praying she does another acoustic tour. I AM NOT HAPPY ABOUT THIS!!!!!! In fact, so pisssed off, I didn't even bother to watch Pepsi Smash. LOL Anyway, the crowed loved her... the kids who were there to see Rooney were even saying how great she looked and sounded. Anyway, I think she was by far the best performer on that episode. And what was up with the MIA cutie drummer and the other backup singer?? Oh and the Musictoday thing... they do suck...I ordered my summer sanitarium tickets 6 months in advance and received them 3 days before my show when I supposed to receive them 2 weeks prior. So I know how crappy they are... I feel your pain!!! The trick with ordering online (for future purchase) is opening 2 or 3 windows and searching for tickets in each... then picking the better one. That's how I do it (just don't hog up the system either) ... the first tend to be the best but on occasion you get crappy ass seats the first time and then next one you're practically front row ... soo its always worth the try. I am, too. I only signed up for Jewel Unedited to have access to the presales, but I've been severely disappointed. I got better seats for the Boston show through Ticketmaster and never even used Unedited. I also found that the customer service people at jeweljk.com weren't helpful or friendly to me at all. So, all in all I'm not planning on buying anything from the store again (or at least I'll try not to:) . I hate complaining but the whole presale and Jewel Unedited experience has just been bad. I got relatively horrible seats! when i ordered for milwaukee (and i ordered the moment the tickets were available), I was offered row W. Then they offered me row EE! i ordered those and returned to see what theyd offer me 5 minutes later. They offered row U (better than what i started with!) 6 minutes into the presale i ordered tix for the minneapolis show. only 2nd level seating was available to me! i checked back later and better seating was available. of course i placed an order for the first thing i got, because i was under the impression those were the best available seats! I paid $40 solely so i could purchase good presale tickets. i acted immediately and ended up with bad seats. Obviously Jewel isn't to blame, but someone should be held accountable!
