It hints at some other numerical relations. For example, some folks don't count Holiday albums as regular releases, this is either her 3rd or 4th album, depending on if you count Spirit. In Music, 3/4 is used to indicate a time signature of 3 beats per measure, commonly used in older dance music like the Waltz.
