I wasn't in on the conversation when yall talked about it cause I didn't get to see it. But yea she seemed a lot different to me, like please don't jump down my throat for this cause I love Jewel and I always will but a little bit cocky in some parts.....Anyway do you think its cause of the cameras following her around or somethin? just wondering what yall think ~Michele Trade Angelfood-http://hometown.aol.com/jeweljk7/index.html Jewel rocks!!!!! By that I mean my local record store says they will have the single available for sale tomorrow, but they aren't saying if it is the mix singles (with the six remixes) or just a standard single. Does anyone know if there is going to be both ...or is it just going to be the maxi-single with all the club mixes?? == Rob == ------------------------------ Date: Mon, 23 Sep 2002 15:05:00 EDT From: StuartnDee@aol.com Subject: Re: [EDA] Serve the ego single I ordered mine online and got confirmation of shipping last week so I hope they show up today. I ordered the SWA soundtrack and STE on vinyl and CD singles. So both versions do come out tomorrow. Cheap too! Almost like being a part of the mafia, you know? Except that we don't break anybody's kneecaps (for the most part.) It's almost mob-like, we get to get in on things that other fans don't get to do, we organize events just for us, we get in on special performances (like JewelStock and the Grand Ole Opry thing) for being EDAs. Lol. "EDA's, there is a performance on "x" night at "x:30"...Don't tell anyone. Wear sunglasses.... Don't look at me when I tell you this...who knows who might be watching." Lol. Anyone else? I don't know about how you got to see what Jewel was like (a la "Being") back in the day before she was famous unless you were personal friends with her. It's not like people (strangers) were given an opportunity to see a day or two on a minute by minute account of Jewel's life. I didn't get the big cocky vibe from that show. I hope I don't sound like I'm "jumping down your throat" or anything ... I'm just curious as to what behaviors made her seem cocky? And how she's different relative to what time. I watched that a long time ago so maybe I just don't remember the parts.
