I'm incredibly frustrated. I used to live on Long Island, so Jones Beach was perfect for the Spirit tour. But now I live in Rochester, which is 7-8 hours away. New York is a huge state, to have only one date is ridiculous. Toronto is just across Lake Ontario, but there is no ferry yet, so I'd have to drive around. I'm still hoping she'll come to Rochester, or Buffalo, or Darien Lake (Six Flags). Those would be much more convenient. It seems as though i remember some mention of her mother, "Lenedra," touring some with her. Is this so? and does anyone know if that will happen with this tour? Have any of you eda's noticed if her mom is with her overseas? Is Ty with her? I hope someone is with her in addition to the band members. It just seems to me that all this touring everywhere "could be," not only exhausting, but moreso, lonely alot of the time. I thought that Jewel was going to tour this time at a slower pace. Looking at her calender, it would seem that she may be already over worked. I never knew that singers could just sing night after night without wearing herself out and her voice. Silly me...i can't help but to feel sorry for her out there like this. Well, i would really enjoy seeing her mom also. I would love to tell her how much i enjoyed reading her book. I found her book to be very inspirational. I think her mother is very talented and it would be exciting to hear them sing one song together, or maybe two...without the band.
