I usually only buy the magazines if she is the primary person on the cover (call me picky :) ). She shared the cover with Beck, Beyonce (sp?) among others, but I thought "What they hey?" It is an all music edition... There is barely a paragraph on Jewel in there!!! A very short bio that also mentions "This Way." So, if you were going to buy it solely for the Jewel aspect I don't recommend it... Save your $3.95. It's redeeming factor was a tribute to September 11 (a separate magazine that was packaged with the main Vanity Fair). Some nice pictures honoring those who have worked so hard to clean up NYC...
