My work load has substantially increased since the attacks and the beginning of the "Enduring Freedom" campaign. One thing I'd like to say is that I've enjoyed reading the "sucky EDAs" posts. It has brightened up my still evolving Friday! I don't know or converse with many of you guys (basically nobody) so I'm sure I'd never make it on somebody's sucky EDAs list =) I'm hoping I can get more involved with some people on this list. Is it the the androgenous image that attracts him? Then there is the approach of "hey Mr. DJ do you watch the sports cheerleaders for their dance choreography tips"? He'll likely give you a reason (or two) that Jewel might attract the attention of the average guy ;-) Sexist comments will logically exist until everyone on the planet is nuetered and our number one marketing strategy (ie, sex sells) is discarded. Even then, one of the last bastions of such comments will be radio stations. Email them that this DJ caught your attention and he'll likely get a raise, not a reprimand! Incoming mail and phone calls means he has listeners. Listeners mean advertisers. Advertisers mean a happy station manager. A DJ who wants to make a listener react (in ANY manner), imagine that...
