Howdy from South Carolina, I recently did a paper on Jewel, the EDA's, Clearwater, H.G.Humanity, and EDAF. Mostly I focused on Jewel, EDAF, HGH, and Clearwater, but I did put plenty about the EDA's themselves... I was looking up a little bit more info on the EDAF and the people that make it work...and found out something VERY disturbing (joke). DENNIS HARRIS IS THE HEAD OF THE EDAF?!?! I never realized why Dennis was so well known, other than the fact that he seems to have some of the funniest posts, and grows on people like a fungus :) My paper was on someone that influenced me greatly, but in truth, Jewel is just the beginning...she got things started, and everyone that is a part of the J-team and everyone that's helped are right up there with Miss Kilcher. So, everyone, I raise my 5 gallon bucket of BUD-LIGHT to ya, CHEERS! I just recently obtained a song called "Precious Burden" and it sounds like an album or studio cut? Is this song going to be on her next album or is it on a soundtrack or something? I liked the song but I would have to say, honestly it wasn't one of my favorites. I finally got a good clean version of Nicotine Love and I can't stop listening to it along with Sad Lights. Those two songs, I believe, I can never get tired of. Well, just wondering if anyone knew about Precious Burden and what the deal is. Again, I liked the song, but I would hope it's not one of her album cuts. Only because we all know she could create so much more dynamic and amazing songs that I say that. If I only heard "Spirit" then it would sound like a typical Jewel song from Spirit. But with all this unreleased great music it's a shame she couldn't just make one big box set with over 1,500 of her songs. "If she sings it, they will come" or "If she records it they will buy". This might be a song by Sweden's Sophie Zelmani. There's real audio of it at www.amazon.de if you want to check. If you go to http://www.iMesh.com and check it out. You can download these things from the web, doing a simple search. You do have to install some softwear as well. Although you won't be able to download copyrighted things. Copyrighted things will come up from the search with a little (c) symbol next to them and so they will not be available for download. Though I have not run into this problem yet... What a nice tribute to her mom. Nedra is such a dignified and lovely woman. She radiates a certain warmth and positiveness and she is beautiful outside as well!
