Have any of you guys read Beloved by Toni Morrison? We read it for my English class and we're supposed to do a project for it. We have to do something creative that reflects symbols, themes, or characters. Some people are doing paintings and some are sculpting tobacco tins and putting symbols in them (I guess only those who've read it will understand). Anyway, so I was listening to SPIRIT one day and Barcelona started. ::sigh:: I love that song! Then, I realized, the lyrics are sooo thematic to Beloved. They fit almost perfectly, except that she starts out with "Barcelona" =o) So I made a music video for the song. So, yah, that's it, I just thought I'd share my story.
