The Corrs are currently my fav band just ahead of Jewel & U2 but even I wouldn't go so far as to say that In Blue was a great album. It was their worst album yet - and if they release another pop album and forget their Irish roots then I wont be listening to them anymore. Still a billion times better than any NSync/Britney/BSB/5ive/etc album. > >4- All That You Can't Leave Behind, U2 - another legendary group spits out >an >amazing new collection of true rock-n-roll when teeny boppers and hip hop >are >what's popular. Yep - great album.. I haven't bought my copy yet but it's on my birthday wishlist!! Great comment that :) Anthony J Campbell ------------------------------ Date: Wed, 3 Jan 2001 10:11:59 -0800 (PST) From: Phkme2@excite.com Subject: [EDA] sell out? This subject was not meant to start a war, so its great that that didnt happen, it was a Question, see the question mark at the end. And to the Mormon girl, there was suppose to be a question mark after that, i wrote a couple more words that didnt get posted, b/c someone Instance messenger me, and it didnt type out here, and i didnt see it. I was unsure of what the Mormon belief is, and i apologize if it came out the wrong way. Anybody know whats the deal with Jewel and Ty? And also about the Alaska thing, some Alaska EDA said Jewel doesnt come up there anymore, anybody know more about that also? ------------------------------ Date: Sat, 3 Jan 2004 13:24:25 -0800 From: "RiziouleHotmail" Subject: [EDA] New Jewel Section on WorldBroadcastTelevision.com Hi everyone and happy New Year! I was wondering if anyone had any Jewel video's I could use on my new Internet Television site http://WorldBroadcastTelevision.com I already have over 200 full length streaming movies on the site through a partnership with Tri-Mark Pictures. We are building a section on Jewel for our new Local Music section and would love to hear from anyone who feels they have something to contribute. I'm so behind in emails and I guess I might be dragging the subject alone, but if Jewel's family and the Uncle were hurt maybe they could have written to her and that they're sad, not announce it to the world... like us. And I hope Juel understands how they feel and considers their viewpoint, although it's too late to change what she's written on paper. But yes, children have an exaggerated view because my mother told me about how my grandma got her fake teeth, and I always thought it was all weird, even now, but I head my mom tell the story over a few months ago, and only THEN did I realize my memories of the story were completely wrong! So maybe that's how Juel understood the whole business with Yule... ===== ~*Liz*~ the Misplaced Angel HARMLESS & SHAMELESS PLUGS (if you can, check 'em out!) I was wondering if anyone plays them, and/or knows where I can get a good one (a nice one as well) at an affordable price (about $150-$200). I never really realized how much I loved the art of drumming until the other night when I was at a New Year's Eve party, and a few people started a drum circle around the fire. Anyways, any help will be greatly appreciated!
