(Also please note that Jewel will be sending out her holiday message via JeweLink on Christmas Eve, so you can look forward to that in your mailbox on Christmas.) ********************* Thanks to the EDAs, I found out that last month a security guard at the venue in Cerritos told a number of fans waiting outside at the end of my concert that I would be out to see them. Unfortunately this information didnt reach me. There are often meetings I need to attend after the show or because of the tour schedule, I have to leave right after the concert. Backstage is always chaotic and communication is difficult, especially between the venue staff and my staff. Im so sorry that this developed into a situation that caused disappointment for some of you. I want you all to know that I really value your support and I appreciate that you let me know when things like this happen so I can do what I can about it. Thanks!
