I personally thought it was beautiful. what was it called? it, in a small way almost reminded me of under the water. Her hair was absolutly beautiful . She looks great, as always. what a performance. ------------------------------ Date: Sat, 7 Oct 2000 00:34:38 EDT From: NikosSong@aol.com Subject: [EDA] What song was that?? What song did Jewel sing on Letterman? That was the first time I have heard it. I haven't decided if I like it yet...I'll have to hear it a few more times. She looked GREAT!!! Michelle "shy angel" ------------------------------ Date: Sat, 7 Oct 2000 00:42:52 EDT From: EastAngelEDA@aol.com Subject: [EDA] Real Big Letdown Well guys and gals, that was a waste of time! I just got done watching The Late Show, and I was very unimpressed. I sat there, barely keeping my eyes open cuz I've been sick, stayed awake for that whole VERY long interview of Magic Johnson, just to see that? I'm sorry, but she looked really trashy, what was with that dress? And that song? What was with that? It really sucked. Sorry, I'm mad, and after all that, they didn't even do an interview. I can only hope that tomorrow morning is a whole heck of a lot better. I thought she was keepin the band!! Hålo Ångels! I just watched our Wonderful *Jewel* on David Letterman & she was great! Yaay..I was totally ecstatic when I saw her walk out with a guitar. = ) Happy Happy Joy Joy :Jumping up & Down: -Those were my actions- hehe She looked absolutely gorgeous wearing this red Marilyn Monroe type dress! Ouu Laaa laaa!!! She performed a song, which was new to me..it had a mellow beat to it. Purty spiffy, I must say. I was kinda thinking that she would be on the show to promote Chasing Down the Dawn..but hmm. Speaking of which, I'm like 1/2 way through the book..quite interesting it is. I often find myself pausing for a brief moment to let what I've just read, sink it. Reading her book makes you think ay? I think she deserves a break & to be left alone- ya know? Like all humans..there are times when we all need space from other beings. Also I think the book is very graphic (in some parts) with how detailed certain events are. hahaha- Any 1 else think so?
