OKay- on stealing lines, i couldn't have cared less. Hey, my class had a (real) kleptomaniac in our class, and we didn't care. If we compare Juel to my classmate, Juel is an angel (like we all are)! SEcond- a few days ago I got totally freaked out because i realized Juel really does seem to love her b.f. and i was like, "OMIGOD WHAT IF SHE MARRIES?" because, you know, i have this huge fantasy of her, you know, like getting back w/ Poltzie (yeah, I still don't get they BROKE UP!) BUT i was like, I really want her to be slap-happy with her life, and if this means getting married with a guy who isn't poltzie, that's okay. After all, that would mean i get a chance to pursue Poltzie myself!! THIrd- I'm really happy to see so many new angels surfacing and writing their "I'm new and I'm wondering" posts. You'd think that after so many years there wouldn't be any left, but what do you know? HEy, if you're new, don't be scared about hollering out your questions!! We don't bite, we're all just angels! FOurth- thanks to mykle mariette (HI!) I finally got my first batch of angelfood. OH GOsh it's awesooooooome! After two and a half years of being on and off this list, it was time! And guess what? I axed for two tapes and got four instead!! Isn't Mykle a real sweetheart? LEt's GiVe it up for Mykle, yay! LasT- I graduated middle school last Fri. I got a 100% in a state-wide, level 1 french proficiency exam, a 99% in a math Course 1 regents, had no latenesses and only one absence, and won a spelling bee a few weeks ago. I'm having a ball! But about this spelling bee, I'm getting superstitious now because i wore my EDA tee that time and now i'm feeling like wearing the shirt every time something like that happens. I don't know really. I know that I posted this question a couple of weeks ago, but I just found out some more news. I heard a while back that Jewel was doing a concert in Atlanta in August. Today, while at work, one of my co-workers informed me that they heard something on KISS 107.3 about Jewel playing in Atlanta in August. That information sparked my curosity. I then went to the jeweljk.com site and looked at her dates. But of course, August is not up yet. I emailed the site and asked them. I recieved an email back that said this: Jewel is currently taking time off from performing. She remains busy finalizing work on her second book, which will contain original short stories and prose. Once again, HarperCollins will be publishing Jewel's book and you can expect it in bookstores everywhere later this year. Is there anyone out there that knows what I am talking about. I want to see her perform so bad that I can taste it. Any info from fellow eda's would help. I was previously subscribed to this list with a different email, but have switched internet servers. I've been meaning to write about this for a while now. I bought a JKSM Taylor Guitar. I got it a week or so ago. I absolutely love it. I'm just learning to play guitar, but my husband is a great guitar player and he thinks it is an awesome buy. If you've ever played a Taylor you won't be disappointed with this guitar. The case is the best too. If anyone is interested in trading angelfood just get in touch with me. I've got tons of angelfood, (audio and video). Also, I've got a promotional item that I just don't have room for anymore, and it's just folded up in my closet so it won't get damaged.
