Jewel will be included on this benefit CD singing her extended scat rendition of "Who Will Save Your Soul". This performance was recorded on June 9th of last year in front of an EDA audience, who were invited to attend the taping. The tentative tracklist for this CD is as follows: David Bowie - "China Girl" Stevie Nicks - "Edge Of Seventeen" The Pretenders - "Chain Gang" Counting Crows - "Rain King" Dave Matthews - "Crash" Jewel - "Who Will Save Your Soul" Lisa Loeb - "Stay" John Popper - "Regarding Steven" James Taylor - "Mexico" Sheryl Crow & Stevie Nicks - "Strong Enough" Eurythmics - "Sweet Dreams" Natalie Merchant - "Carnival" Elvis Costello - "Just A Memory" Bee Gees - "How Deep Is Your Love" Also, shortly after this is released (on May 3rd to be exact), VH1 will be broadcasting a video version of the album as a "Best Of VH1 Storytellers" special. I'll have broadcast times up on Jewel's website calendar in plenty of time, so check it when the time comes. Have a great weekend everybody! Ride With the Devil is finally coming to a movie theather near me tomorrow! For all of you people who live in, or around Portsmouth, NH it's playing at the Music Hall all this week, starting Saturday, March 11. However, i might be wrong on the all week part. Also for any one else who likes a good movie (not jewel related) i advise you go see Princess Mononoke.
