( & Any Other New EDAs ) , The plan was that we would " give something back " to society , in honor of Jewel , because she's given us so much ... We decided to each donate $1.00 ( or more ) to Jewel's humanitarian umbrella organization , Higher Ground for Humanity , and specifically to the Clearwater Project , to provide clean drinking water for people that don't have any . And we are creating a special Christmas card and message to give Jewel , and each of us that participates during this giving season , and gives a donation to the charity , will have their name included on a list of contributing EDAs , with the Christmas card . Time has about run out to participate in this Christmas " give-back " project , but if you mail your contribuion Thursday , you should still be included on the list . Also , if you have a credit card , you can either donate online at www.highergroundhumanity.org , or over the phone by calling HGH . Credit card donations should be made a.s.a.p. , preferably by Friday . I think this video gives a singing Jewel to her best. She is sweet, she sings very beautiful and the interviews in and between the show are really wonderful. I would every Jewelfan recommend to get this video before it's Christmas. Or check your PBS stations to watch this great concert of Jewel. I think the songs are amazing. Hark, the herald angels sing is truly wonderful.
