Subject: Rosie show/roping! So how many of you guys caught Jewel on Roseanne yesterday? I missed the very first part of it, cause I had the VCR set to start 1/2 way into the show, thinking she'd be on at the very end, like Meat Loaf was the day before. But I guess they brought her out earlier, cause there was a fairly lengthy interview, then the roping segment, then the performance. The first part I have on tape is where Roseanne asks her how sick she is of talking about the van and stuff. So how much did I miss?....it seemed to be kind of early on in the interview...cause I still got like almost 10 minutes on tape. I loved the roping segment too, Jewel really knows how to do that well. That was cool to see, something other than her performing Hands for the 10th+ time on national TV. Well, she played it anyway, but not until after the roping segment. And she seems to be getting awfully tired of singing it live now...understandibly though. The last 2 times now, yesterday, and on The View, she just butchered the song all up. I know she has a tendency to change things up every now and then, but she overdid it I think...especially on The View. It even sounded like she was off tempo from the band at times. Well hopefully she's about done with the media tour...there's not too many shows left! Other than Charlie Rose, which she was *supposed* to have already done. I can't think of any others. Jerry Springer? ha ha...j/k. Well since this list has been next to dead the past few days, I figured I'd give all something to talk about, if you saw the show that is.
