Mark's description of hands came over right after I read a column in a near by paper about a coach I had dealt with, who is now battling cancer. The article talked about how optimistic he was, despite the horrid hand he was dealt. He talked about how he was planning on beating the cancer. Then, I read Mark's description and I thought of another take on hands. And that is that we are all capable of dealing with what happens to us. That, there is nothing we can't conquer, and nothing we are too weak to handle .. That yes, even though, our hands our small, they are ours ... I just thought about it, because that coach is about to undergo an experimental surgery which has good odds.... and he even mentioned that things wouldn't have happened if he wasn't strong enough to handle them... Otherwise there may be a four-track single from Australasia or Europe and then a UK single. UK CIN chart regulations now prohibit four-track singles . Mike ------------------------------ Date: Mon, 09 Nov 1998 21:18:46 +0800 From: ima@skyinet.net Subject: Guitar chords/tabs Hey everyone! someone asked about where to get guitar chords and all for jewel. i could post all the ones that i know, but i suggest that you check out Harmony Central. search for it on Yahoo. it has a search engine of its own so you can look up just about anyone. as for mine, i've only been playing for less than a year, so what i do is listen to the cd and try to make a simplified version. someone posted the chords for Who Will Save Your Soul. those are the exact ones that i have. and as for You Were Meant for Me, it's more difficult--broken chords. i again simplified it. it sounds a bit different from the CD, but works well when you sing with it. i pluck the verses and strum the chorus--just my interpretation. She's a celebrity and people tend to think there some sort of gods, which is untrue, and when you see any mistake it really stands out. If any EDA was watched, any person was watched, as much as Jewel is I would say the same thing. I think this comes from a knid of infatuation, we really watch her too closely, and we should work on that.
