It is listed as going on sale on July 14, and is available for advance order at cdnow. That's all. Thank you. It seems that yall want to know how I meet all these people to give them pudding... Well, it wasn't that terribly hard, I've never ever obtained a back stage pass in my life, but many of these artist that I talk about have autograph sessions after their set, as in Lisa Loeb, Tara Maclean, and Heather Nova's case... and then in other cases they just hang out with the crowd after the shows, like the Rugburns and Patty Griffin... Lesser know artists aren't very hard to meet, even Jewel at one point was very appoachable... it all boils down to being at the right place at the right time. And for those going to Bearsville, I promise one free fall by myself for every box of pudding I get... ;) Oh no, I posted AGAIN... :) Erica - The Great Puddini ------------------------------ Date: Sun, 12 Jul 1998 14:38:31 EDT From: Tlcathome@aol.com Subject: Re: more on the great puddini :-) In a message dated 7/12/98 1:03:54 PM Eastern Daylight Time, The Great Puddini, Pudding Spice, Queen of all that Rocks writes: > < official (Angel)Food of the EveryDay Angels" :-) >> > > It isn't?!?! Here's an idea for the ID Cards-- for those who don't have > pictures, we could put a picture of an angel with EDA over it. How does > that sound? Why is everyone talking about 'when they have no pictures...', it isn't that hard to get a smaal photo of yourself. They cost about fl. 10,- over here, that would be approx $5. for 4 pictures. If ou mean that they have to have a scanned picture... Then we must be sure that the ones making the CARDS have a scanner. That solves the problem. Then everybody can have a pic on their EDA ID card if we ever make one. However, I feel that your being somewhat selfish. I think that Jewel has helped so much in my life and done so much for me I want to share her music with everybody I can. If having a large national or international fan club or newsletter is going to help expose more people to Jewel I am all for it. I have also gained much from being a member of this list. I don't feel that it is fair to try to keep that to ourselves. I am currently working on putting together a print version of a newsletter. I am hoping that this will make the unity of this group available to a larger group of people. I am very proud of some of the things that this group has accomplished to help our communities and our peers. I also think that if there is a way of spreading this type of care and concern for each other that it should be pursued. That is why I have decided that I am going to make this newsletter. I would also like to take this chance to ask all of you again that if you have any articles, stories, poetry, artwork, pictures, or anything: about, inspired by, or pertaining to Jewel or the EDA's please let me know. I would like this Newsletter to have some of the feel of the EDA's too it and I would also like to ask the group in general what they would think about making this the official EDA Newsletter (I've decided to make the newsletter I just want to know if anybody is interested and if it's allowed to make it the official EDA newsletter). I don't know who I should ask for permission so I'm asking everybody. Thanks a ton fer lisinin' Michael The Unknown Angel (for now) P.S. If you send any submissions for the newsletter please put newsletter submissions as the subject, if you have any offers for helping with the newsletter please put newsletter help in the subject, and if you have any genereal comments about the newsletter please put newsletter gen in the subject. Hi angels! Well, I live a little north of San Diego, in a city called Carlsbad. My friends have been saying Jewel lives in a city called Rancho Santa Fe, a small town filled with mansions. Well I wasn't sure if they've just been saying that because it sounds cool that Jewel actually lives in the town next to us, but does anyone know if she actually does live there? Adults have been saying it too so... Ha, that would be really cool. If anyone wants to know what Rancho Santa Fe is like, well, going through it, it's impossible to find a house because everyone who lives there wants privacy and there are a billion trees everywhere. There are also a bunch of orange orchards. All of the houses are like multi-million dollar ones, and there are horses and stables all over. That's the town where the Heavens Gate cult lived. Well, if Jewel really does live there, now everyone knows what the atmosphere of her town is. Talk to y'all later. BTW, Rancho Santa Fe is San Diego county, so it's referred to as San Diego a lot. ~Jenny, Sugar High Angel JeWeL RuLeS ------------------------------ Date: Sun, 12 Jul 1998 23:37:12 -0300 (ADT) From: Jesse A McDonald Subject: Re: angel against BIG CLUB > << > News papers, maybe local television etc. Radio publicity is also a > possibility. > Just inform them of whet we're doing and most of the time they want some of > the > publicity themselves.
