BUT artists such as Janet Jackson (the only one i can immediately think of) have been succesful despite a lack of touring or promoting. In fact if im correct, Janet didnt start touring till recently. Hello, I'm looking for piano sheet music of any of Jewel's songs (other than POY). Also, some of the songs in the POY Piano sheetmusic book are too simple and don't sound that great. Are there any other more "complex" versions out? Thank you. I love them all. Although the streaming got in the way a bit, the songs themselves are wonderful. That's all I have to say. I just got my FF3 tapes in the mail, and I have to say I am VERY impressed. Everyone had good songs and great voices! I wonder if Weird Al Yankovic will make a song called "You Were Hot For Me". LOL!! What a great show, I'm sorry I missed it!! Thanks to everyone who put these together. Your hard work is appreciated!!! I am a huge Jewel fan and absolutly woreship her! Anyway, I have a question about her merchandise. I know you can get T-shirts, posters and so on at her website but is there anything you can get at stores. See, my ma wont let me get things of the net unless they are super important, which this is, but she dont think so. So if anyone here knows about this please feel free to email me at: FannieMae6@aol.com Thanks, Jessica ------------------------------ Date: Sat, 7 Mar 1998 14:51:04 -0600 (CST) From: Carole Bellamy Subject: Re: How many of us actualy use the Library? This is true for most EDAs that can drive, but what about people who can't and live in the country? I mean, I used to live in a small town, no library around. The closest library was an hours drive from my house. You have to take into consideration that not all EDAs are of legal driving age, and not everyone lives in a city that has computer use. All requests submitted before a week ago should have a mail from their branch by now. If not, please go to http://www.angelfoodbank.org and sign up again. Be sure to include your full email address: you@aol.com or something similar. If you're having trouble, you can mail me at juddjam@mail.auburn.edu or Tamera at info@angelfoodbank.org. I'm about to send out information to several new volunteers whose mails Tamera has forwarded me, so I thought I'd ask if anyone else would like to volunteer before I do. You need reliable email, good recording equipment, and a willingness to serve. It's a good idea to have branch or taping experience since it can be more than you bargain for once you get involved. But it also is very rewarding for the participants who distribute the music, as a page title "why do we do this" on the web site will explain to you soon :-) Enjoy the music, and don't forget to thank your branch!
