Hi there, I just got back from Ghent where Jewel played the belgian part of her european tour. It's probably no real news to you when I tell you she played an awesome set. I'm sure she got a lot of belgians interested in her music now. I wasn't the only EDA at the show. A lot of Dutch EDA's came to Ghent as well. I got to meet them before as I also went to the concert in Amsterdam (Marcel will tell you more about this part of the tour). So now maybe in future we can have our own european EDA-gathering !?! Europeans let me know when you wanna... I'm glad to see it's starting to go well for Jewel in Europe (at last). Here in Belgium they re-released POY last week. I work in a CD store in Antwerp and last week POY was among the top 15 best selling-albums !!!! :-) I also just checked the Dutch charts... and FG is climbing 32!!! spots in the national chart... bringing FG to the number 50 position. As it is the most added song on one of the major stations there this week she'll probably go top 10 within the next two weeks. Back to the concert... Jewel played the first part of the show wearing a kind of cap. As soon as the pictures are developped I'll make sure to scan them so that you can see what I mean. As to our suprise she did not open with "Don't"... the set was as follows: - - Stranger (Enter from the east) - - (We're gonna try to figure out this song when we hear the tape...
