Please, as an EDA who has seen this list at it's best, and saw it at it's worst and almost shut down completely, I beg you to please cut down on the posts about guy/gal trouble, or other stuff not needed here. Another thing I have noticed are the "Right On" comments, think about how many people will care about what you are saying, and if it's only a handful, then send it privately.
