I am posting this only because I know some of you that didn't give Zach money are interested in the out come of this. If you are not interested in this simply move on and save your flames. The EDAs that gave Zach money, including myself, have been trying very hard for a refund of the money we sent Zach for posters 2 months ago. I have spent about $25.00 in postage for certified & restricted delivery of notices of pending lawsuit to the Kellers and have spent hours on hours of time trying for a refund for all of us. Today, we have had a sign of major progress that I'd like to share with you interested EDAs. Letter EDA Fruad Victims received today from me: EDAs! Today at 1:39 Pacific Time, Zach Keller called me... Zach left a message on my machine, then paged me with his home phone number. ...Zach said that he just got my restricted delivery mail today. He said that he sent my money, cash, Tuesday. He said that he hasn't been on line in about a week, so he hasn't kept up with our e-mails. He said that he sent a lot of people their money back Tuesday and is still working on sending money to those he hasn't yet. A few names mentioned: Scott Hunt - Zach said he sent your Money Order back last week. You should be getting it soon. Michael at Mcherman@ea.oac.uci.edu - Zach said you haven't got in touch with him and need to before he sends you your money. Jeff at Lotbm@juno.com(jeff) - Where are you? You have not contacted me or Zach, so we pretty much crossed you off the list. Basically, Zach said everyone is being or is going to be sent their money back. I forgot to ask about the tapes victims, so you'll have to get in touch with him on that. ...Zach said that he has our names, e-mail addresses and amounts because I included them in the letters I sent and is working off of that list to return money to those EDAs.
