Is it just me, or is this becoming a thread? Anyway, I think as EDAs, we do TONS of great stuff for eachother, AND others. There's JPK, the tree planting...and I'm sure lots more that I can't think of right now, but Nathan already listed. But what sticks out so much in my mind, is how we're just THERE for whoever needs us. Last week, I came to the list with a huge problem. I had no where else to turn, and SO many people responded, people that I'd never even spoken to before. And I seriously doubt that they only helped for the entertainment value. I was just reminded of something that someone (Tom Harris?) re-posted about angels, it was a list memory from awhile back, but I think it's fitting now: ~*~*~*~*~*~ Your guardian angel helps you find a place when you feel there's no place to go. Keep a spare angel in your pocket. Angels carry high-beam lights to help you through the darkest hours. Whenever you feel lonely, a special angel drops in for tea. Angels know that love is the only four letter word. We are always "angels on call" for a friend. ~*~*~*~*~*~ IMHO, that quote up there is exactly what this list is about, and it is the true definition of the words "EveryDay Angel". And THAT'S what we do that's so GREAT. :) lots of love to everyone, jane ~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~ {\o/} /_\ "Sometimes it be that way..." -Jewel "Instinct is the voice of God. About Jewel Unplugged.... I also taped it, and they ALWAYS replay the unplugged shows. It's like a rule or something. But don't worry, you'll get to see it again. And if not, I could send you a copy of mine. :) Keri ------------------------------ End of jewel-digest V2 #556 ***************************
