Classic interpretations of this song have been done by Janis Joplin (on her "Cheap Thrills" LP) & by Miles Davis (instrumentally on his "Porgy & Bess" LP) as well as many others. It does feature a lyric that says "You're gonna spread your wings & take to the sky" Hope that clears up that.-----Alan(MrBB) And please no "whats an LP?" questions. My friends and I found some of it to be quite sensual/sexual. Not offensive by any means, but a bit confusing. The whole writhing on her back; wearing the whitish gown -- My roomate's girlfriend (Jewel fan) and I were like, whats she trying to do here. There's an implication of course -- but we didn't want to jump to that one. Even if the video were to become mainstream; I would not call it a sellout. I think it was creativly done to show the mood of most of the song. It was definiatly well edited.
