Jewel lightened my heart for the day!!! She sang YWMFM beautifully and she was dressed to kill!! She looked seductive or something....her hair was uhhh....very natural is the best word I can find to describe it...I liked it though....I must admit that it was a wonderful performance and I think this single just might do a heckuva lot better than last year's version! You know, I've been one of those people that has always been opposed to others judging her on the basis of her appearance, but I gotta tell you, she was really pushing her sensual look this evening. She had enough eye shadow on to blind a legion cosmetics-tested bunnies. Regardless, I think Jewel really knows how to project herself and her sexuality well, so much so I found it a little disconcerting watching her tonight. Also, didn't she have a nice, blase', Jewel a la New York attitude right at the end while sitting next to Letterman? Not her bubbly self, but then again there was no time for an interview available.
