Re: JewelStock pictures ---------------------------------------------------------------------- From: ShakeyJack@aol.com Date: Wed, 24 Jul 1996 18:02:28 -0400 Subject: Jewelstock & the NH show Hi everyone- OK, first of all, I won't sya too much about JS as most of it's been said, but I would like to say that it was a lot of fun meeting everyone and I'm still sore from that game of full-contact frisbee :) Too bad that in the picture of Jewel and me, I look like a maniac (even more than I do in person)! Someone there took a picture of Jewel signing my guitar. Will that person please email me? I'd love a copy of it and can send copies of some of mine in trade... I'd like to make one thing clear about the accident that night. First of all, I saw someone metion the word "stoned" in reference to Eric and I. We were NOT stoned, we were NOT drunk. We WERE very tired. As a working musician, I'm used to driving while exhausted and know how to focus myself on driving and staying awake. I forget that not everyone has had the practice at it that I have, and that was MY mistake, I should have insisted that I drive. It's nobody's fault, it just IS. Eric is not the first person this has happened to, and he's not the last. Both of us walked away unscathed, and that's what matters, anyway. Now, regarding the New Hampshire show...I will be on the road from Aug. 8th following Neil's tour. He plays Camden on the 16th and NYC on th 19th. I will have a rental car and as long as I get my travelling partner's OK on this, we can use the rental to get to NH. Eric and Amy can ride with me, and if anyone else will be going and would like to ride (CJ?), email me and I'll see what I can do. If we still have the rental car by then, I'll have to see exactly when it's due back. More details to follow! Just today, Adam helped me fill in a lot of missing 95 dates as well as some 93-94. It covers approximately 250 performances now beginning in 93 & ending with Jewelstock. Also for CT area folks, I'm bummed to find out that the Hartford Meadows Amphitheater support set with Niel Young is not gonna happen. Reliable sources at the venue said the entire show scheduled for 8/18/96 is NOT happening. Keep those 93 & 94 chronology additions coming.--Mr BB ------------------------------ From: Leave the shadows dancing Date: Wed, 24 Jul 1996 18:14:05 -0500 (EST) Subject: Everday Angels Yearbook on the Web =) I have been really busy lately, but I found some time to program a web page for a yearbook for us. =) It doens't look pretty TAT ALL yet..
