DId Jewel open for Dylan at the Palace Theater on Sunday, April 14th? How was her performance? What was the setlist? Same question for Springfield, MA on Monday night. How could Jewel both tape for MTV and play a concert on the same Monday? According to Dylan internet sources, Dylan was on fire in New Haven on Sunday. For example, he again played a super-hot rendition of "This Wheel's on Fire," a great song, but one he rarely plays. Also Dylan is opening every show with at least one song where he sings with no instruments, (a cappella), whatsoever, just voice. He sings Down in the Flood (Crash on the Levee) as the first song at each concert this way. At the Sunday show, Dylan sang THREE songs a capella. It is strange for Dylan, because he has such an unusual voice. I assume you mean cuts to the National Endowment for the Arts. I personally feel this entire governmental department should be wiped clean. Why should anyone's tax dollars go to support so called art that can't sell itself? If your art doesn't spark enough interest from the public to generate funds for you to continue, it's time to start a new line of work. I agree with the "change the channel" comment, but what good does it do to change the channel when government officials have their hands in my pocket to pay artists that create "art" that no one wants in the first place. The Una-Bomber is a proven liberal. He considers himself Mr. Environment... going so far as to not even have an outhouse. He is completely anti-corporation (all the people he bombed were affiliated with big business in some way. Therefore if anyone "raised" him, it was the liberal media.
