Rob Hi Rob, Well, I'm not 'down' on Edwin, i'm 'down' on his fans. Well, some of them. Ok, OK, a MAJORITY of them! :) Seriously, I actually rather enjoyed him when I saw him (I even bought his CD...so there!).....I just left with a major resentment against his fans who treated Jewel rudely in Boston. They were mostly J. Crew wannabe's drinking entirely too much Red Dog. But then again, J. Crew and Red Dog is akin to Christ in Boston Ivy league establishments. Down on obnoxious fans applying for amateur night awards, Neil "Feeling very cynical tonight" MacDonald Hey, got a crude joke for you...... Why do women fake orgasms? - They think we care!! ROFL See, i'm going to FLA tomorrow, so I get to escape the wraith of that one at least for a few days. And hey, a girl told me that one? At least I didn't do the "Why do women wear makeup and perfume one?" Sheesh!! Because they stink and they're ugly!!! But..she said that there was a CD single called "For The Last Time" or something like that..i t could have been For the final time..anybody have ths or a track list? phong What I learned I rejected, but I believe again I will suffer the consequence of this inquisition If I jump in this fountain, will I be forgiven? -Alanis ------------------------------ From: Kamyar Aram Date: Tue, 27 Feb 1996 23:18:34 -0500 Subject: Sender: owner-jewel@smoe.org alright, i don't mean to get redundant or annoying, but i haven't gotten any response to my previous messages, so for the last time (for a while): does anyone out there have cassette tapes (not so interested in video)of jewel performing live and are willing to trade or share in some way with me (i'm sure others are interested too)... i would appreciate any reply, thanks... peace, kamyar p.s. yes, i unfortunately too experienced rude Edwin M. fans in Cincinnati, OH... Jewel actually had to tell the crowd to shut up a couple of time... great show nevertheless... ------------------------------ From: TJtalken@aol.com Date: Tue, 27 Feb 1996 23:41:41 -0500 Subject: shirts? Hello- i've been reading all'your'all's post's for a week now. didn't want to intrude on something without knowing what's going on. i did e-mail a few people directly, but no one responded back. oh well. anyway, I'm interested in the shirts. i went to a concert a few weeks ago and all they had were the black with the "F#%* U! I'M SENSITIVE." on the front and Her name on the back. but there are others??? well, someone pick one up for me and e-mail me about how to get it- thru snail mail. also, i'm desidedly jealous of everyone who lives in california, because i live way out in the mid-west. I went to a record store (they carry wierd stuff ya can't get anywhere else) and asked if they had anything that was Her's. They looked at me like i was stupid and asked if She was black????? I'm even more jealous of everyone who has personally met Her, we didn't get the opportunity to when She was around here. I think it's so cool that everyone has worked so hard on here to build her fan base, and i'm right behind everyone all the way. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK. Quesion though: i know this probably brought up a long time ago, but does she actually read that stuff you send to her e-mail?
