Being a person who never heard "god's gift to women" could someone please tell me how it's a toriamossongexperiment? I believe it but i guess i don't exactly know hoe you mean since i never heard the song... And i just wanna say to all the people who don't think it's okay to compare jewel to tori or to anyone... grow up. People are allowed to have opinions and you are allowed to agree or disagree, but shouldn't tell people not to have opinions... I think everyone could do with re-reading that thing about the evolution of lists that was posted a few days ago... Again about Jewel at trax... I personally can vouch for that person who's nose was touched by jewel... I saw it happen as i was leaving the crowd. Another note about the concert i think i forgot to say before: She did a cool yodeling thing at or near the end of the set... IT was amazing! Everyone was impressed by it... even the edwin fans. I also think there were a lot of jewel fans there... and maybe some people who came to see edwin who were converted. She was great. How's it all goin? Anyhoo. Anybody out there ever just have a ride in the car where the music just focuses and amplifies your emotions and state of mind? This happened to me a couple times this past weekend. The first time was with a really hard, thrashing Smashing Pumpkins' song, which ended up making me excede the speed limit by about 30mph an the interstate. But the second time, it was late at night (about 12:30) and I was listening to my Jewel tape and the mood was perfect. I'd had a good evening with some friends and was driving home. With nobody else on the road and Jewel's soothing voice on my stereo I just started relaxing. Occasionally (sp?) I found myself traveling between 10-20 mph UNDER the speed limit! Very Very rare for me. Types of music can do this to me.
