I saw them twice that fall, in CT and MA. Anyone catch his tour? I came very close to getting tickets to see him this week but by the time I could get to it there weren't any good tickets left. He also ioened for her during several shows in the early parts of 2003. Ryan Cabrera also opened for Jewel for a few shows in 2003 and a few in early 2004. He opted out of opening for Jewel (they're on the same label) on her 2004 Summer Tour, because Jessica Simpson invited him out for her 2004 Reality Tour, giving him a chance to perform for a larger audience of teenage girls who were more likely to buy his debut album. Jessica's manager, her father, also manages Ryan. If you go to a file sharing site, there is a file of Jewel performing with Jason on Who Will Save Your Soul. p.s.
