(The only 2005 setlist missing is the June 16 Boulder show, which due to technical difficulties, went unrecorded. If anyone happens to know that particular setlist, please drop me a line on it.) To view the recent setlists, click the "past shows" link on the jeweljk.com calendar page. Also the Unedited site has a bunch of new content. In addition to recent journal and Q&A entries from Jewel, there's another video that I shot at the Danbury show last year. I also sent over the recent Telluride Festival set opener, "Somewhere Over The Rainbow," as the latest audio. Recently had an enjoyable visit from old-timer EDA, Duff, when she was swinging through the area to attend a wedding. Caught up on lots of things and we dug out some of the Jewelstock footage so she could finally see what it was like. As the person who's post to this list initiated the idea, but unable to attend, it was great fun to see her thoroughly captivated reaction. It's hard to believe next year will be the 10th anniversary. Maybe organizing an EDA family reunion/viewing party somewhere next summer would be a fun thing to do? Hope all is well with you, Alan NP: rough mixes of the soon to be completed new Joy Eden Harrison album. ------------------------------ Date: Thu, 21 Jul 2005 11:12:57 -0400 From: "amy chulin" Subject: [EDA] Jewel Song on Soundtrack hey guys, i was watching Ice Princess last night with my daughter and heard Jewels, 'Doin' Fine, on there! my daughter was the one that said "hey thats Jewel" before i could even get anything out! I have no clue if anyone knows who I am...except for perhaps Mike! But I'm an old school EDA from the JewelStock days. Wow, I can't believe that was 9 years ago!!! JewelStock was a pivotal moment in my life, one that began an amazing journey for me and shaped me into who I am today. Anyway, the point of my e-mail is this.... If you are in the Indianapolis area, PLEASE, I implore you to check out Heather Brooks and Thinkpiece Friday night at the Marriott Downtown. They go on at 9 PM and are playing as a part of the Midwest Music Summit. The show is all ages. They are very good friends of mine and are absolutely wonderful musicians. Check out their website for info and music samples - http://www.heather-brooks.com One of the most incredible things that came out of this mailing list for me was that I was introduced to so many talented musicians. So now I'd like to do my part and introduce you to one of my absolute favorites. Thanks, Liz aka JEWELFAN22 P.S. To any of my old friends...I miss you...let's catch up!! P.P.S. I hope this message goes through...I subscribed to the list, but I haven't received a confirmation e-mail yet. ------------------------------ Date: Thu, 21 Jul 2005 14:44:49 -0700 (PDT) From: gina brumley Subject: [EDA] NJC: Anya Marina Hey, didn't know if anyone caught it, but Anya's song, "Clean and Sober" was played on this weeks episode of "The Real World: Austin."
