Hey all! About the country thing, you know, I really think Jewel's voice is best suited for folk, rock and country. When she sang Proud Mary with Beyonce, you could really hear the country twang in her voice. And I actually like her country-ish songs a lot, so it's fine by me. But don't be scared. 1000 Miles Away will not be country, Stephenville is folk, Alice In Wonderland is also not country, so Jewel's next CD won't be country at all, although it could have some countryness, as This Way had. Anyway, I'm dying to hear Jewel rock out in a new CD. Hopefully she will indeed release a rock album someday...
