I'll likely be there several hours early and once we get the audio and video equipment set up inside, I will likely be hanging around outside looking for people to chat with. Come on up and say hi. I think it's a two page ad, but she's only on one half. just thought i'd mention it. I also heard an audio version of the commercial over the loudspeaker at some store too... maybe it was walmart or target. hugs*~ mandy ~*"But don't wander too far, my one constant star, darkness exists, except where you are, my feet are filled with wandering, they follow your own, cause everywhere you are feels like home" -jewel kilcher, last dance rodeo*~ ~*"Call me naive, but i believe, your two blue eyes are all i need" jewel, does anyone believe in love anymore*~ - -- ___________________________________________________________ Sign-up for Ads Free at Mail.com http://www.mail.com/?sr=signup ------------------------------ Date: Thu, 23 Sep 2004 07:15:12 -0700 (PDT) From: deirdre Subject: [EDA] Re: jewel-digest V9 #266 >Coolest Jewel item you have: --I CANT TEL YOU (hahah) its too SICK, all i >can say is SHE flinged it onto my LAP at a taping of PBS WEST 57th street and >said "oops". I know that Charlie Z and Diane also got this collection of DVDs at the same time, so if either of you have the excel spreadsheets (.xls) that have the detailed information for the DVDs - the ones with the approx time for each segment AS WELL AS each song performed, please drop me a line.. I've lost a hard drive or two over the years and can't seem to find the files... Thanks in advance, James ------------------------------ Date: Thu, 23 Sep 2004 18:55:53 EDT From: MicheleMarie333@aol.com Subject: [EDA] hey yall! Fav Jewel Videos: Really, I like them all, especially ywmfm and down so long because steve is in them... oh i like the what's simple is true video because the love scene is so sensual and romantic. Fav Jewel Songs: nicotine love, here when gone, last dance rodeo, 1000 miles away, summer home in your arms, shadow's play, does anyone believe in love. I also really enjoy marital carnival, down at the bridge, do you, serve the ego Fav Jewel Tour: tiny lights tour, not that i was there. Favorite TV Appearance: Jewel Tv on TRL 11/17/98 Least Favorite Jewel Song: I've never been into Adrian. I wish i could say i was, but it's really the only song of hers that i won't listen to. Fav Song to shout out at concert: well, it used to be nicotine love, but now that i got her to play it, I'll start working on the rest of my favorites. Have you met her?: No. not sure if I really want to. I know it couldn't possibly live up to anything I'd want it to be, and i wouldn't know what to say without sounding like a complete dork. I'm happy chatting with her from the audience. How many Jewel concerts?: 8 i think... How many times has see come to your city?: I don't really have a city, I'd consider anything near an hour away my city, because when you you live no where that's how long it takes to get somewhere. so then she came to green bay once, and milwaukee like 4 times i think. How far have you gone to see her: Fav Jewel Concert: Nothing can ever beat your first- you just get so excited! plus at my first she read from my anwa book. it was so cool. (and steve was there too!) But I loved, loved, loved the green bay concert this summer too! (and Joe firstman was there, duh) Least favorite Jewel concert: eh... they're all good, but i'd have to say milwaukee this summer. Ever celebrated her birthday: not that i can remember Coolest Jewel item you have: I have a ton, not to brag, icluding most of the singles and promos, the rare bits and baubles, save the linoleum, and phyllis ( I just need Shiva and DDelight), tshirts and lots of other merch, But my absolute coolest thing is a electric blue guitar that was donated to an auction by the history channel to save and preserve rare recordings of music. Not only is it signed, but she drew a picture of a girl on it that takes up most of the guitar. My dad built me a guitar case for it, and it has etched glass with the jewel circle thingy and her signature below it. It's just about the coolest thing I could ever imagine owning!!! Would You pay $300 for instantlive cd?: No... Edas trade me for practically nothing! that's crazy.
