The light turned red, we both stopped and we casually glanced at each other (just another person, in another car, in another town, on another busy California street). When the light turned green, the little BMW gunned it and I thought nothing of it except for the usual thought, "show off." In mid-thought, I caught glance of it's license plate slowly shrinking with distance: GRAY MTR. Maybe my perception of what I thought that license plate meant to say was being influenced by the music I was listening to at the time, but I thought that was pretty damn spiffy. You go little speed racer! :-) ------------------------------ End of jewel-digest V9 #216 ***************************
