Hi all - Just wanted to send out a quick reminder since the Bearsville gathering is only a week away! Again, the gathering is scheduled for the weekend of August 7 in the catskills NY - - Phoenicia, NY to be exact. Typical activities include Tubing, Horseback riding, maybe going to the state park for their manmade lake beach, possibly a trip into woodstock, ny etc.... The campground last year was $18 per tent (she was letting us do $9 per person) per night. We will be up there Wednesday late afternoon - a couple people may be there Thursday and the majority of the attendees will arrive Friday.
